About Adv. Emanuel Wieser

Emanuel Weiser qualified as an attorney in 2000 and established the firm in early 2002. In addition to his many years of experience as a lawyer, Adv. Emanuel Weiser has served as CEO of a local authority, held senior management positions in industry and international trade, and was appointed as a business mentor on behalf of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Adv. Emanuel Weiser serves as the Chairman of the International Relations Committee of the Jerusalem Chamber of Commerce and heads the Chamber of Commerce in Gush Etzion. He is an active member of the Israel Bar Association, and served in a variety of crucial roles:

Deputy Chairman of the Israeli Bar Disciplinary Tribunal

Chairman of the Environment and of the Consumer Protection Committees of the Israeli Bar

Adv, Weiser also represented the Israeli Bar Association in Knesset Committees and the Supreme Court. He has taken an active part in drafting several laws, including The Clean Air Act, Consumer Protection Law, Promotion of Competitiveness Law, Consumer Protection Regulations, Environmental regulations and the Class Actions Law.
